I have led teams from user research to testing, delegating work, and planning PI sprints. I have initiated efforts to increase the efficiency of the team and improve the employee satisfaction at work.
I have been a part of the LGBTQ+ network helping them organize pride month events to designing their sharepoint websites. I have also been the Allies for Equity lead at Indiana University, leading multiple events to increase awareness among students.
